    三.活动准备                                                               
    1.促销产品                                                               
    (1)用数码相机收集的典型样品实物,样品不多,但求精。                                                               
    (2)建立商品档案将数码相机拍摄的商品图片导入数据库,看图补充商品其他详细描述,货源的价格、规格及各种基本信息(货号、颜色、规格、价格等)。                                                               
    (3) 现场新品体验,让顾客对我们的产品有更直接的感受。                                                               
    2.宣传资料                                                               
    (1)手机促销活动的优惠券,可直接生效,赠送有意愿的顾客。                                                               
    (2)宣传单张——十六开大小,是促销过程中卖场向顾客派发最多的资料之一,上面应有简单的产品和促销活动优惠介绍。                                                               
    (3)宣传画报——宣传画报反映活动的基本信息,信息范围相对于宣传单张宽泛一些,在画面上以图文并茂的形式进行介绍。                                                               
    3.关于礼品                                                               
    活动过程中所派发的物品包括宣传画报,宣传单页,优惠券等印刷品,以及电风扇和太阳伞等礼品。

    七、配合                                                               
    各种促销活动的宣传总是少不了海报的,所以此次的暑期促销活动主要以海报的形式,加上各种户外来做宣传。                                                               
    (一)终端店铺海报和宣传单发放海报:                                                               
    终端店铺内摆放巨型促销主题的相关海报,促销产品与优惠手段详细列举,方便顾客阅读了解;宣传单海报主要将此次活动的手机款式、价格对比、礼品赠送列举出来,并标明合肥各大手机卖场均举办此活动。                                                               
    (二)户外:                                                               
    八、活动前期的准备工作                                                               
    (一)活动现场的布置                                                                                                                                   
    1、卖场门口拉出“进店有好礼 超值想乐phone”的条幅。                                                               
    2、卖场内布置本次活动的主题“超值拥有 玩转乐phone 霓光盛彩 缤纷献礼”的横幅和各种主题海报。                                                               
    3、在联想手机专柜处摆放竖制活动海报,并在柜台背景处拉出“恭祝学子取得优异的成绩”字样的横幅。                                                               
    4、联想手机专柜处播放与高考、毕业、梦想、友谊有关的歌曲。                                                               
    (二)小礼品的发放                                                               
    凡是在活动期间前来购买手机或者是来了解的顾客均发放与联想乐phone相关的小礼品,比如手机挂链、贴纸、联想乐phone功能介绍小册子。                                                               
    (三)活动的宣传                                                               
    1、各位导购均要熟悉此次活动的内容,以备顾客的询问。                                                               
    2、派一些促销员前去人流比较多的地方分时间段的发放宣传单。

    九、活动中期的操作                                                               
    1、在活动期间,要保证赠品数量不会出现断货现象。                                                               
    2、使用准考证购买联想手机的顾客每人限购一台机子(一张准考证只能使用一次)。                                                               
    3、问询柜台要保持始终有人在,并且能回答顾客提出的相关问题。                                                               
    4、所有人都要做到微笑服务。                                                               
    5、所有促销人员都要各司其职,团结一心。                                                               
    6、礼品的赠送只在活动期间举行。                                                               
    7、如果店铺的人流量不大,就选择两个人在卖场的门外搭建临时小展台进行现场宣传与手机演示。                                                               
    8、如果人流量很大,要有人出来维持现场秩序,为等待的顾客提供座椅、白开水和杂志,以安抚他们焦躁的心情。                                                               
    9、将销售情况比较不好的卖场的产品和赠品调出一点到销量火爆的卖场,以保证销售情况较好的卖场不会断货。                                                                                                                                                                                                   
    十、活动后期的延续                                                               
    此次活动结束后,紧接着就迎来“十一国庆”黄金周,这个时间段也是促销的黄金时段,所以在此次活动结束后,依然要保持手机促销的宣传热度,为“十一”的手机促销活动打下基础。                                                               
    在暑期促销活动结束后,将所有的户外全部撤下,换成新的关于“十一”手机促销的相关内容,站台、公交车、显示屏等地的及时更换,依然能保持宣传的热度。在接下来的9月里,户外总共投放两次,在9月15日时将所有户外全部更换一遍,以新的画面和版式吸引消费者的眼球。
